Required work experience: 3–6 years Full-time, full day Almaty
Your Main Responsibilities:
Optimize and transform current client interaction and self-service tools.
Update SMS templates/notifications, introduce new functions/features, and automate procedures/processes.
Write business requirements for refining/developing reports and creating reports.
Develop technical specifications for automation and process optimization, including modifications to operational programs (IVR, Requests, SMSinfo, HLRinfo, KM, etc.).
Create motivational programs (evaluation templates) and update existing incentive programs.
Liaise with the company’s external partners on procedural matters, system integration, and customer self-service tools implementation.

Proficiency in working with databases and processing statistical reports.
Understanding of the functions and technical capabilities of mobile devices.
Knowledge of billing systems and client processes.
