Manager for Customer Satisfaction and Balances Management

Full-time, regular hours
Responsibilities include:
  • Development of medium-term strategic and tactical plans and designs of commercial activities for proactive and reactive retention of new subscribers with a lifetime in the network of 0-6 months by directions (by microsegments, themes, potential churn points);
  • Participation in the development of base segmentation strategy;
  • Participation in the development and implementation of a roadmap of activities to reduce churn of new subscribers;
  • Implementation and use of churn factor analytics for new base, forecasting, and actions aimed at churn mitigation;
  • Identification of problematic segments of the subscriber base (sales quality, subscriber activity);
  • Generation of ideas for developing new and improving current products to increase the effectiveness of targeted offers for the subscriber base.
Required qualifications include:
  • Education: higher / bachelor's degree in Technology (IT/Telecom), Mathematics, Science, Business, Econometric Modeling, Cybernetics;
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry;
  • Project management experience;
  • Experience in designing/launching/ managing campaigns is desirable;
  • Analytical and creative thinking;
  • Telecom product management skills;
  • Knowledge in the field of finance and marketing;
  • Program and project management;
  • Economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting.
