Senior Operations Specialist
Required work experience: 1–3 years
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•Managing the complete operational document flow for the Sales and Regional Development Department
•Coordinating regulatory documents
•Handling equipment and product supplies
•Inventory management and stock control
•Tracking advertising materials, including souvenirs, uniforms, plastic products, and printed materials
•Preparing shipping documentation for regional distribution and inventory write-offs
•Coordinating with the accounting department
•Drafting and approving contracts
•Timely partner notifications
•Organizing and conducting events such as regional meetings, conferences, marketing tours, and business gatherings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Higher education
•2+ years of experience in IT, accounting, telecom, or FMCG industries in sales support roles
•Proficiency in MS Office (1C Enterprise, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Tableau, billing systems)
•Strong presentation skills, openness, responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn
•Advanced PC user skills
