• Provide theoretical and practical knowledge through various training formats.
• Develop and implement tools to boost motivation and engagement.

• Knowledge of modern training and development methodologies.
• Ability to design and adapt training programs for different employee groups.
Ability to quickly create training sessions for specific business tasks
