Lead Service Specialist – Customer Equipment Support

Main Responsibilities:
•          Tender Documentation: Prepare documentation for tenders and procurement of subscriber devices. Develop technical specifications for tender procedures aligned with business directions.
•          Product Testing:
◦         Set up test stands and configure test devices.
◦         Conduct device performance measurements and diagnostics under different scenarios, including real-time KPI tracking using OSS systems (subscriber tracing, sector analysis, etc.).
◦         Initiate traces on OSS for CPE performance analysis.
◦         Create detailed test protocols for new products.
◦         Analyze test results, identify issues, and document findings.
◦         Compile comparative device rankings based on testing.
◦         Prepare test result reports and provide recommendations.
◦         Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists to resolve identified issues.
•          External Partner and Vendor Collaboration:
◦         Test, optimize, and diagnose new hardware/software products, subscriber devices, and SIM cards.
◦         Customize web interfaces and user manuals.
◦         Identify malfunctions and recommend solutions.
◦         Manage negotiations with vendors and partners, implementing new solutions within scope and budget.
•          Strategic Development:
◦         Contribute to the development strategy of the subscriber device portfolio based on market needs and innovation trends.
•          Market and Equipment Analysis:
◦         Monitor subscriber device market trends and technologies.
◦         Propose corrective actions to maintain competitiveness.
◦         Oversee product life cycles: launch, development, phase-out.
◦         Analyze defective subscriber equipment and SIM stock at company warehouses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate should have:

          Higher education in mathematics or technical fields.
          Experience working with technical documentation, technical specifications, and collaboration with developers and suppliers.
          Strong understanding of LTE (4G) and 5G EN-DC technologies:
         Network architecture (eNodeB, gNodeB, EPC, Core Network).
         Radio interface principles, modulation methods (QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAM).
         KPI parameters and metrics (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, BLER).
         Carrier Aggregation (CA), MIMO, Beamforming technologies.
         NSA and SA modes in 5G.
•          Strong PC skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel).
•          Experience working with OSS systems (trace setup and log analysis).
•          Proficiency with technical standards (3GPP).
•          Ability to analyze and interpret measurement data.
•          Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) for test automation are a plus.
