•Approving documents, contracts, and financial paperwork in 1C Document Management.
•Coordinating updates or changes to reporting systems when developing new trade marketing activities.
•Maintaining reports on motivational programs.
•Providing technical support and content updates for the Dealer Pro mobile app and other trade marketing projects.
•Processing trade marketing activity requests via the Request system.
•Collecting data on competitor activities, trade equipment, and POS materials in collaboration with channel supervisors.
•Handling regional office requests regarding trade marketing activities in B2C channels.
•Participating in trade marketing field tours.
•Exporting and consolidating reports from Oracle BI, CRM Chicago, and other trade marketing tools.
