Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining payment registers and payment control.
Working with the Security Service, Legal Department, and Commercial Department.
Accurate cost forecasting and budget formation in collaboration with the Budget Control Department.
Timely renewal, termination, and extension of lease agreements.
Business trips across the Republic of Kazakhstan with initiating departments to find necessary locations that meet the requirements of the Commercial and Technical Directorates.
Monitoring the real estate market using electronic resources.
