Responsibilities include:
- Prepare projects for the opening of new and reconstruction of existing facilities, including managing the associated documentation.
- Participate in the development and approval of project concepts, objectives, and key work stages.
- Create a project schedule and resource plan.
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of the project plan by team members.
- Collaborate with external organizations to ensure proper project execution.
- Participate in tenders for selecting service providers.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of regulatory documents related to urban planning and the design of engineering systems and networks.
- Experience working with documentation and contractors.
- Experience in negotiations.
- Organizational skills, ability to work with project documentation, knowledge of AutoCAD, and drafting skills.
