Leading Business Development Specialist (Astana)

Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring the market, identifying demand for services, identifying organizations interested in purchasing services;
  • Fulfilling monthly plans and standards specified in Orders for the Corporate Sales Service;
  • Maintaining a customer database, timely updating all changes and additions in accounting systems (CRM, billing, etc.);
  • Studying the client base, finding an individual approach to each client;
  • Developing a strategy for attracting and retaining clients;
  • Directing efforts to find new clients and maintain interest from existing ones.
Required qualifications include:
  • Education: higher;
  • Experience in direct sales for at least 2 years, experience in a managerial position is welcomed, mandatory experience in B2B clients for at least 1 year;
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers in the potential client's structure;
  • Developed negotiation skills with middle and top-level managers of medium and large companies;
  • Compiling sales plans for their client portfolio.
