Lead Analyst Specialist
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Ability to perform Fraud and Revenue Assurance controls according to regulations and make decisions on subsequent actions based on analysis.
  • Timely detection, analysis, and registration of incidents affecting company revenue.
  • Collaboration with internal product departments to analyze potential financial and other risks and develop measures to prevent them;
  • Identifying the causes, consequences, and corrective measures for Revenue Assurance and Telecom Fraud incidents;
  • Participation in the development and optimization of controls to more effectively and timely detect fraud and incorrect service operation.
  • Interaction with partners and service providers regarding documentation and settlements.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in RAFM and Billing systems is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, PL SQL at an experienced user level.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Tableau, Jenkins.
  • Skills in PL/SQL Developer are desirable.
