Responsibilities include:
- Conduct surveys of new site search areas, prepare reports, and coordinate them with the Radio, Transport, and Network Infrastructure Planning and Support Service.
- Organize meetings and voting with property owners in apartment buildings regarding the placement of the Company's equipment, while forming a document package per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords to minimize deviations from the Company's standard legal and financial requirements.
- Arrange land allocation for the construction of base stations.
Required qualifications include:
- Knowledge of basic topography, and ability to work with maps and diagrams.
- Understanding of general technical requirements for network facility construction.
- Knowledge of basic power supply principles.
- Experience in land allocation, and knowledge of civil law regulations.
- Proficiency in GPS navigation tools, computer technology, and communication tools.
