Responsibilities include:
- Configuring, launching, and setting up base stations across all radio access technologies.
- Conducting parameter changes on BSC/RNC/eNodeB/gNodeB according to work plans.
- Performing installation and commissioning work for the expansion of current and installation of new BSC/RNC/IPCLK equipment.
- Planning, configuring, and supporting base station controller (BSC/RNC) equipment.
- Handling daily troubleshooting and fixing emergencies on equipment.
Required qualifications include:
- Knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G network standards, architecture, and principles.
- Proficiency in working with telecommunications equipment: base station controllers and base stations for GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G standards, synchronization equipment, microwave radio relay systems, and digital leased lines.
- Understanding of 5G NSA/SA radio network architecture and interfaces.
- Knowledge of the NR5G radio interface basics.
- Understanding of the OSI model, TCP/UDP, SCTP, M3UA/MTP3, FTP, Ethernet, IP, and SIGTRAN protocols and technologies.
- Experience working with various vendors (Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia).
