•Provide employees with the theoretical and practical knowledge required for high-quality customer service through various training formats.
•Develop and implement tools to enhance employee motivation and engagement.
•Promote and cultivate the company's corporate culture and values within the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Higher education (psychology, pedagogy, or business coaching preferred).
•Knowledge of modern methodologies and tools for employee training and development.
•Ability to design training programs and adapt them to different employee categories.
•Skills in quickly creating training sessions tailored to specific business needs.
