Responsibilities include:
• Continuously monitor the status of packet core equipment.
• Detect and analyze system anomalies, responding promptly to issues and outages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including diagnostics, analysis, and corrective actions to maintain operational equipment.
• Analyze system performance and scalability, implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency.
• Open, manage, and analyze incident tickets.
• Conduct performance and availability assessments for systems.
• Replace faulty components such as boards, ports, servers, and other hardware on time.
• Apply configuration updates and changes.
• Configure and implement new and existing roaming partners for the company.

Required qualifications include:
• Practical knowledge of Ethernet network principles and TCP/IP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Packet Core architecture.
• Proficiency in IP routing and switching.
• Expertise in dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Familiarity with signaling protocols such as SS7, Diameter, SIP, and GTP.
• Knowledge of interfaces Gx/Gy/Ga/Gb/Iu/Gn/Gp/S1/S11/S5/S8.
• Experience with Mobile Packet Core elements: SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW, GGSN, CGW, DGW.
• Theoretical knowledge of CDN platforms, DPI systems, and virtualization systems.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Packet Core architecture.
• Proficiency in IP routing and switching.
• Expertise in dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Familiarity with signaling protocols such as SS7, Diameter, SIP, and GTP.
• Knowledge of interfaces Gx/Gy/Ga/Gb/Iu/Gn/Gp/S1/S11/S5/S8.
• Experience with Mobile Packet Core elements: SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW, GGSN, CGW, DGW.
• Theoretical knowledge of CDN platforms, DPI systems, and virtualization systems.
