Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the construction of highrise buildings and external power supply systems with the required quality and within deadlines.
- Obtain technical specifications as needed.
- Check working projects for compliance with legislation and norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in architecture, urban planning, and construction.
- Verify the completeness and quality of project and execution documentation for completed works.
- Review and approve the scope and pricing for the construction of highrise buildings and power supply systems.
- Monitor the construction and installation work (CIM) process, reflecting the status in the company's information resources.
Required qualifications include:
- Experience in developing working projects (KM, KZ, AS).
- Acceptance of construction and installation works.
- Ability to draft technical specifications for the design.
- Familiarity with obtaining approvals (APZ).
- Experience in submitting construction documents via the electronic portal e-license.kz.
