Lead Administrator for Corporate Services Management
Required experience: 1–3 years
Full-time, regular hours
Responsibilities include:
  • Configuring system software on servers, granting access rights
  • Providing support for uninterrupted system operation
  • Eliminating Business Process noncompliance by Company departments due to infrastructure service failures
  • Timely development and updating of documentation required for the smooth operation of infrastructure services (regulations, instructions, procedures)
  • Conducting diagnostics and analysis of failure causes, ensuring timely restoration of system and infrastructure service functionality
  • Collecting performance data of systems and components, analyzing trends and patterns to optimize service operations and prevent failures
  • Performing tasks for critical data backup and conducting periodic checks of their recovery process in a test environment
  • Participating in projects aimed at modernizing and improving system quality and reliability, preparing proposals for infrastructure system development
  • Passing on knowledge and skills to members of the system administration group, assisting them in solving complex tasks
  • Participation in employee training and solution deployment
  • IT process automation in Remedy while complying with SLA, configuring escalations, notifications
  • IT process automation in CREATIO while complying with SLA, configuring escalations, notifications
  • Working with reporting systems
  • Developing and configuring integration modules with other systems
  • Administration of Linux and Windows servers
  • Creating user manuals for systems
  • Developing approval modules for ITSM processes
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Higher technical education
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT field
  • Practical skills in developing regulatory, project, and operational documentation
  • Understanding of information system implementation process
  • Experience with Linux systems, Windows Server 2008 2019 family
  • Proficient knowledge of databases (MS SQL, ORACLE)
  • Good command of technical English for reading technical documentation
  • Experience in administering BMC REMEDY for at least 1 year
  • Experience in development on the BMC Remedy ARS platform
  • Experience working on the TERASOFT "CREATIO" (BPM Online) platform
  • Basic professional knowledge of IT service management based on BMC Remedy
