Senior HR Administrator
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day
Almaty
Responsibilities:
  • Timely processing of hiring, transfer, relocation, and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation;
  • Issuing certificates of current and past employment of employees;
  • Keeping and filling out employment record books;
  • Reporting to government agencies;
  • Keeping track of time sheets;
  • Military registration;
  • Formation and maintenance of personnel files;
  • Organizing control over compliance with main and additional leave schedules;
  • Working with the Electronic Labor Exchange;
  • Checking the availability of current occupational safety instructions;
  • Methodological support for employees, including consultation on labor legislation issues;
  • Control and observance of IRS accounting rules, work with the visa-migration portal;
  • Timely entry of information on employees into HR systems;
  • Providing and preparing periodic and one-time reports;
  • Participation in projects of the Directorate for Organizational Development and Personnel Management.
Requirements:
  • Education - higher;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Experience in automating personnel processes;
  • Knowledge of the Kazakh language - mandatory;
  • Work in 1C;
  • Working with foreign citizens;
  • Working with large amounts of information.
