Head of Corporate Sales Department – SMB Segment
Required work experience: 3–6 years.
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•          Achieve annual sales and revenue targets by attracting new corporate clients and developing existing accounts.
•          Ensure proper and quality handover of corporate clients between business segments according to internal rules.
•          Develop and implement mid-term (quarterly) and long-term (annual) sales programs.
•          Participate in the launch of new corporate services.
•          Ensure the timely development and execution of annual communication plans with corporate clients.
•          Monitor team KPIs and apply corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•          5+ years of experience in organizing and managing sales.
•          Strong background in strategic sales planning.
•          Direct B2B sales experience and understanding of sales processes in telecom, IT, or banking sectors.
•          Ability to convert leads into active clients and grow company revenue.
•          Knowledge and application of agile management methodologies.
•          Regular use of design thinking tools.
