Head of Sales Development Group for the B2G Segment

Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring electronic trading platforms to identify demand for services and discover government customers and other companies contracting services and renewing contracts with the company.
  • Planning and controlling participation in government procurements, monitoring the market, and analyzing the competitive environment.
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and standards specified in the Corporate Sales Service Directives by retaining and developing existing clients and attracting new government customers and other companies on electronic trading platforms.
  • Developing strategies for attracting and developing B2G segment clients.
  • Focusing efforts on implementing projects with existing and new clients on electronic trading platforms.
  • Studying and analyzing the needs of government customers and other companies contracting services on electronic trading platforms in the field of cellular communication and other services and products offered by the Corporate Sales Service.
  • Conducting meetings and negotiations with existing and new B2G segment clients.
  • Overseeing the development of commercial and pricing proposals to identify and meet demand for specific products.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, including roles as a head/manager of a department/group.
  • Deep understanding of working with corporate and government clients (B2B, B2G).
  • Knowledge of trends and development prospects in the telecommunications industry within the B2G segment.
  • Understanding of the market situation in the telecommunications industry in the B2G and B2B segments (players, shares, trends, retrospect).
  • Knowledge of financial planning principles, pricing procedures, and basic marketing concepts.
  • Experience in developing commercial terms and agreements.
  • Knowledge of forms and types of employee training and motivation, and goalsetting principles.
  • Understanding of civil law basics and applicable telecommunications legislation (Telecommunications Law, Cellular Communication Service Rules).
  • Experience working with databases and statistical reports.
