Head of Smartphone and Accessories Sales Development Department

Main Responsibilities:
  • Development of existing and new methods and tools for promoting MBB devices, phones, and other Company products across all sales channels (installments, rental smartphones, sales through marketplaces and online sales channels).
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies for devices and various product categories in online and offline sales channels.
  • Planning and execution of actions to grow the partner network, as well as support for achieving the smartphone sales plan.
  • Finding and attracting new partners, as well as monitoring the execution of previously concluded agreements.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of conducted activities and providing relevant reports.
  • Controlling economic profitability, launching initiatives to improve the profitability and margin of the device sales business.
  • Developing and implementing a motivation system for employees necessary to improve work efficiency and increase sales volumes.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications or mass market (in the service provision sector).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to calculate cases, formulate sales strategies, make forecasts, etc..
  • Communicative and good presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ability to create charts, presentations in PowerPoint, BI, project management software, 1C.
  • Experience working with partners.
