Head of Development and Management of the Monobrand Channel Department

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and agreeing on the strategy for the mono-brand sales channel.
  • Creating and implementing a plan for expanding dealer and company-owned mono-brand stores in line with the department’s plans and company strategy.
  • Formulating and monitoring the budget for the mono-brand sales channel.
  • Increasing the profitability of dealer and company-owned stores by boosting sales and the average transaction value of the company’s core and additional products.
  • Monitoring competitor dealers and company-owned retail networks.
  • Modifying trade terms and dealer franchise agreements to increase sales and profitability of the channel.
  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the mono-brand network.
  • Launching initiatives to boost sales, and revenue, and reduce costs in the mono-brand retail network.
  • Implementing motivational programs in the mono-brand retail network.
  • Training supervisors on how to conduct negotiations, perform audits, and manage partners and store employees in company-owned retail.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Higher education in economics/technical fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications or the mass market service sector.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales within telecommunications/FMCG.
  • Good knowledge of the 1C accounting system and billing processes.
  • Understanding of mono-brand operations, service procedures, and sales.
  • Knowledge of employee training and motivation methods.
  • Familiarity with the cellular communications market and FMCG sector.
  • Negotiation experience.
  • Experience working with documentation.
