Your Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and approve strategies for the mono-brand sales channel.
- Create and implement plans for expanding dealer and proprietary stores in line with company strategy.
- Develop and oversee the budget for the mono-brand sales channel.
- Increase the profitability of dealer and proprietary outlets by boosting sales and average transaction values.
- Monitor competitor dealers and proprietary networks.
- Revise trading terms and franchise agreements to drive sales and profitability.
- Ensure sales target achievement within the mono-brand network.
- Launch initiatives to boost sales, revenue, and reduce costs for the mono-brand retail network.
- Develop and implement motivational programs for the mono-brand network.
- Train supervisors on retail management, conducting audits, and managing partner and employee performance.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
- Education: Higher education in economics or technical fields.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in telecommunications or service industries targeting mass markets.
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in telecommunications or FMCG sectors.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with 1C accounting systems and billing.
- Understanding of mono-brand operations, service, and sales procedures.
- Knowledge of employee training and motivation techniques.
- Awareness of mobile communications and FMCG markets in Kazakhstan.
- Strong negotiation and documentation skills.
