Head of Data Analytics

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the Data Analytics and Data Partners department (9+ people).
  • Develop and track the achievement of KPI and OKR for the department.
  • Build communication and synchronization with other company departments to promote a datadriven approach.
  • Work with data using SQL, Python, and other programming languages.
  • Create dashboards and automate processes.
  • Analyze data, structure complex systems, and rethink processes to benefit the business.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Successful leadership experience of at least 2 years.
  • Experience in establishing a department from scratch.
  • Analytical experience and proficiency with tools such as Python, ETL, SQL, and BI.
  • Experience with product metrics, formulating, and testing hypotheses.
  • Experience in developing incentive systems and successfully resolving conflicts.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and initiate changes.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in an uncertain environment.
