Required work experience: 3–6 years Full-time, full day Almaty
Your Main Responsibilities:
Develop strategies, plans, and forecasts for sales organization and market research.
Define key goals and performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives.
Automate channel reporting, set requirements, develop methodologies, and initiate tasks for relevant departments.
Evaluate the effectiveness of events at the project development stage and after implementation, identifying shortcomings and developing proposals to optimize mechanics based on results.
Set budget priorities and monitor expenses to ensure the financial stability of the implemented programs.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
Knowledge: In sales organization (including retail) and service (both theoretical and practical), market research, product and service promotion, telecommunications market trends, and sales personnel motivation.
Skills: Developing and implementing retail sales strategies, issuing orders and directives, working with documentation, reporting, working with the Company’s IT systems, analysis, planning, processing financial, business, and legal documentation, budgeting, and contract management.
Abilities: Negotiation, time management, personnel management, project management, and staff training.
