Responsibilities include:
- Lead projects in the Mobile Packet Core domain.
- Commission various Mobile Packet Core equipment for commercial use.
- Participate in projects related to the company's Mobile Packet Core equipment, collaborating with other departments.
- Analyze technical requirements and create implementation timelines for projects involving the company's Mobile Packet Core equipment.
- Draft technical requirements for new projects related to Mobile Packet Core equipment, maintain technical analysis for RFPs/RFIs, review and propose project changes, and plan and control project results.
- Oversee projects from design to commercial launch.
Required qualifications include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mobile/fixed operator segment.
- Experience in deploying, implementing, and commissioning telecommunications equipment, analyzing statistics, and troubleshooting network elements related to mobile packet data transmission (Packet Core).
- Deep understanding of mobile network architecture and functionality.
- Practical knowledge of mobile data transmission technologies, architecture, and functional elements: GSM/UMTS/LTE/5GNSA/SA, IMS/VoLTE.
- Strong knowledge of data transmission principles and protocols used in modern mobile networks.
