Billing Systems Expert

Responsibilities include:
  • Administer software applications for the billing system and other related systems.
  • Provide second-level support.
  • Perform regular operations and procedures for maintaining the information system.
  • Resolve incidents and issues that arise during the operation of the information system.
  • Set up new users in the billing systems and grant access at the application level.
  • Test fixes, patches, and releases.
  • Restore system functionality after a failure.
  • Identify the root cause of a failure and promptly inform the department head about the issue.
  • Conduct business analysis of the feasibility of implementing technical requirements from task initiators.
  • Modify current functionality in billing with subsequent support after deployment in the production environment.
Required qualifications include:
  • Higher technical education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT.
  • Experience with DBMS: ORACLE, PostgreSQL, Server; Unix (shell) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of IS principles.
