Head of Major Business Project Development (B2G)

Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•Conduct market monitoring of electronic trading platforms to identify demand for services, as well as government customers and other companies entering into contracts on these platforms aimed at purchasing services or extending existing agreements with Mobile Telecom-Service LLP (the Company).
•Planning and overseeing participation in public procurement processes, monitoring the market, and analyzing the competitive landscape
•Managing the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by retaining and developing existing clients and attracting new government clients and companies working through e-procurement platforms
•Building strategies to attract and grow B2G clients, focusing on implementing projects with existing and new clients
•Researching and analyzing the needs of government clients and other companies purchasing telecom services (and other products) via e-procurement platforms
•Conducting meetings and negotiations with existing and new B2G clients, overseeing the preparation of commercial and pricing proposals to meet their specific needs
•Initiating and participating in operational projects within the Corporate Sales Division
•Monitoring KPIs of your team, providing feedback, and developing action plans to address gaps
•Contributing to the launch of new services for corporate clients, coordinating pilot projects, and developing sales channels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•5+ years of sales experience, with at least some in a leadership role (team or department head)
•Situational leadership skills
•Expertise in sales process management
•Knowledge of working with corporate and government clients (B2B, B2G)
•Understanding of telecom trends and industry prospects in the B2G segment
•Awareness of market dynamics in telecom (players, shares, trends, and history)
•Financial planning principles
•Pricing and basic marketing knowledge
•Experience in developing commercial terms and agreements
•Goal-setting frameworks
•Knowledge of employee training and motivation methods
•Understanding of civil law and relevant telecom legislation (Law on Communications, Rules on Cellular Service Provision)
•Experience managing distributed sales teams and developing sales strategies and plans
