Sales Manager for Products and Solutions (Enterprise Clients)
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•Achieving quarterly and annual targets for service and Big Data revenue
•Growing business with key clients: maintaining revenue from current services and expanding business through upselling and cross-selling
•Participating in the development of Big Data solutions
•Collaborating with the Customer Service team, monitoring key service metrics and customer satisfaction
•Initiating business process improvements if KPIs decline significantly
•Developing complex, tailored offers based on client needs and growth potential
•Following instructions and directives from direct managers and company leadership
•Providing regular and ad-hoc reports upon request

Our ideal candidate should have: :
•Higher education
•At least 4 years of overall experience, including 2+ years in B2B sales with proven success in direct sales to corporate clients
•Confident PC user, skilled with MS Office apps
•Experience working with databases and statistical reports
•Language skills:
◦Kazakh — a plus, conversational
◦Russian — fluent
◦English — ability to read technical documentation
