Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor all network elements to ensure optimal performance.
• Promptly localize and escalate network outages.
• Handle requests from the Call Center efficiently.
• Timely resolution of incidents on the transport network and network elements.
• Execute scheduled, integration and emergency recovery work in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Verify and dispatch mass SMS notifications to the public upon requests from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Inspect external outages in coordination with the operations department during preventive maintenance and the launch of new base stations with contractors.
• Notify and coordinate with other mobile operators regarding incidents, emergency works, and subscriber complaints within the 250+ and MOCN 24/7 projects.
• Liaise with Kazakhtelecom for network-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE theoretical foundations.
• Proficient in technical and conversational English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
