Main Responsibilities:
- Perform construction and installation work for the installation/replacement of equipment to expand the Company's network.
- Carry out work to improve the quality of the base station network operation (adjustment of antenna physical parameters, azimuth, tilts, etc.).
- Perform alignment work on microwave radio link (MWR) sections.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance work on base stations.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Secondary vocational/higher technical education.
- Knowledge of regulatory acts and provisions related to the development of the company's telecommunications systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, occupational health and safety, industrial sanitation, and fire safety.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to work with electrical installations.
- Knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE network topology, and the principles of transport network operation.
- Knowledge of the structure and functional purpose of base station modules and transport networks.
- Proficiency in using computing and computer equipment, communication systems, and networks.
- Installation of base stations and network modernization activities.
