Responsibilities include:
- Conducting construction and installation work for the installation/replacement of equipment to expand the Company's network
- Carrying out work to improve the quality of operation of base station networks (adjusting physical antenna parameters, azimuth, tilts, etc.)
- Performing RRL flight adjustments
- Conducting planned preventive maintenance work on base stations.
Required qualifications include:
- Knowledge of regulatory acts and provisions on the development of the company's telecommunication systems
- Requirements for occupational safety, labor protection, industrial sanitation, and fire safety
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work with electrical installations
- Knowledge of the topology of GSM/UMTS/LTE networks, principles of operation of the transport network
- Knowledge of the structure and functional purpose of base station modules and the transport network
- Ability to use computing and computer equipment, communications, and telecommunications
- Installation of base stations and network modernization
