Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Higher technical education.
•At least 3 years of experience in HVAC systems and air conditioning.
•Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
•Knowledge of electrical and technical standards (PUE, PTE, etc.).
•At least 3 years of experience in HVAC systems and air conditioning.

Required qualifications include:
•Ensure uninterrupted operation and proper maintenance of HVAC systems.
•Address and resolve system failures promptly, overseeing quality and timely resolution.
•Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC systems.
•Collaborate with contractors and monitor the timely completion of their work.
•Prepare materials for contracts related to system repairs and maintenance.
•Review and approve completed maintenance and emergency repair work.
•Analyze system performance draft technical specifications for procurement or system modernization.
•Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for HVAC systems.
•Address and resolve system failures promptly, overseeing quality and timely resolution.
•Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC systems.
•Collaborate with contractors and monitor the timely completion of their work.
•Prepare materials for contracts related to system repairs and maintenance.
