Sales Manager for Digital Products to Large Businesses

Your Main Responsibilities:
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for service and Big Data.
Develop business with key clients, maintaining current service revenue while increasing sales of additional and expanded services.
Participate in the development of Big Data solutions.
Interact with the Customer Service Department and monitor key service performance indicators and client satisfaction.
Initiate changes to business processes in case of significant negative performance deviations.
Contribute to the development of comprehensive, customized proposals based on identified client needs and growth potential.
Execute orders and directives from direct supervisors and company management.
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
Higher education.
Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in sales, including confirmed successful direct sales experience to legal entities.
Proficient in PC and MS Office applications.
Experience with databases and statistical reporting.
Kazakh: conversational (desirable); Russian: fluent; English: able to read technical documentation.
