Sales Manager for Digital Products to Large Businesses

Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for service and Big Data.
  • Develop business with key clients, maintaining current service revenue while increasing sales of additional and expanded services.
  • Participate in the development of Big Data solutions.
  • Interact with the Customer Service Department and monitor key service performance indicators and client satisfaction.
  • Initiate changes to business processes in case of significant negative performance deviations.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive, customized proposals based on identified client needs and growth potential.
  • Execute orders and directives from direct supervisors and company management.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
  • Higher education.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in sales, including confirmed successful direct sales experience to legal entities.
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office applications.
  • Experience with databases and statistical reporting.
  • Kazakh: conversational (desirable); Russian: fluent; English: able to read technical documentation.
