Manager for Alternative Sales Channel Development
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Participation in the development of strategy and planning for the development of the sales network, as well as conducting analysis and preparation of proposals and reports on required changes per annual sales goals in three directions: alternative channel (AC), retail, and digital sales
  • Control, support, and ensure the achievement of goals for the representation of all Company products in digital sales
  • Efficient support and development of partners in the implementation of promotions and launches of new company products in AC, providing all necessary information and Company products
  • Jointly with the trade marketing department, develop promotional materials necessary for activities and coordinate their production
  • Distribution of souvenir products by regions, and control of issued products through the SM Chicago program
Required qualifications include:
  • Knowledge: in the field of sales (retail) and service organization (theoretical and practical), product and service promotion, telecommunications market and trends in its development, motivation of sales personnel
  • Ability to work with Company IT systems, conduct analysis, plan, process financial and business documentation, form budgets and contracts
  • Ability to develop sales strategies
  • Experience in the telecom industry: at least 2 years
  • Management of remote branches: at least 1 year
