Main Responsibilities:
•Define data vision and strategy with CDO, aligned with overall business strategy
•Prioritize Big Data projects with business and Data Office teams
•Monitor strategic Big Data KPIs
•Work with Tribe Leads and Product Owners to enhance data utilization
•Ensure transparency in roadmaps and initiatives for stakeholders
•Identify collaboration opportunities across teams
•Support external data procurement and business case analysis for value assessment

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•6+ years in data-related roles with a deep understanding of Big Data professions
•Experience in strategic and/or project management
•3+ years in a leadership/executive role
•Ability to translate business needs into data solutions
•Experience in developing data roadmaps and managing stakeholders
•Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK)
•Expertise in business process analysis and optimization
