Data Value Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategy for the development and unification of Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Implement the BI roadmap, develop specific tasks for business domains, and ensure the resources needed to support them.
  • Advance visual and advanced SelfService BI.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and budget planning.
  • Participate in the testing processes (load/periodic/regression) of analytics systems and incident resolution.
  • Manage the development of key informational dashboards.
  • Configure and administer Business Intelligence systems.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience in managing a BI department (planning, organization, motivation, control).
  • Proficiency in using and administering BI platforms (one of: Oracle BI, Power BI, QlikView, Tableau).
  • Skills and experience in creating BI reports ("pixelperfect") and analytical dashboards.
  • Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Ability to gather and compile requirements from stakeholders, collaborate with data engineers, design data layouts, and manage BI projects.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban/RAD)/Waterfall.
  • Nice to have: Python, Statistics, Probability Theory, A/B testing.
