Customer Service Specialist (Pavlodar City)

Required qualifications include:
  • Consulting subscribers on company services, tariffs, and promotions.
  • Handling and reregistering contracts with clients, restoring numbers, replacing SIM cards, etc.
  • Selling the company's services and products.
  • Assisting customers with product usage and service setup.
  • Processing payments and preparing reports.
Responsibilities include:
  • Secondary specialized or incomplete higher education.
  • Experience with primary accounting documentation and cash operation reporting.
  • Experience handling cash and using POS terminals.
  • About one year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Proficient PC user (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
