Required qualifications include:
- Consulting subscribers on company services, tariffs, and promotions.
- Handling and reregistering contracts with clients, restoring numbers, replacing SIM cards, etc.
- Selling the company's services and products.
- Assisting customers with product usage and service setup.
- Processing payments and preparing reports.
Responsibilities include:
- Secondary specialized or incomplete higher education.
- Experience with primary accounting documentation and cash operation reporting.
- Experience handling cash and using POS terminals.
- About one year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficient PC user (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
