Customer Service Specialist (Kostanay City)

Required qualifications include:
  • Secondary specialized or incomplete higher education
  • Experience with primary accounting documentation and reporting on cash operations
  • Experience with cash and POS terminal operations
  • Experience in sales or customer service for about a year (preferably)
  • Skills in building relationships with customers, communicability
  • Responsibility, accuracy, attentiveness
  • Proficient PC user (knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
  • Well articulated.
Responsibilities include:
  • Consulting subscribers on services, tariffs, and company promotions
  • Contract processing and reprocessing with clients, number restoration, SIM card replacement, etc.
  • Sale of company services and products
  • Assistance to customers in using products and setting up services
  • Payment acceptance and reporting.
