Corporate Sales Support and Customer Service Manager

Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•          Analyze and improve business processes related to sales support and service for corporate clients.
•          Participate in the preparation and implementation of new projects aimed at enhancing the quality of corporate sales and service.
•          Develop procedures and instructions for the sale and servicing of corporate subscribers.
•          Ensure high-quality sales and service for corporate clients:
1.        In retail stores by monitoring KPIs.
2.        Through messengers (WhatsApp, Chat, Telegram, etc.), client request registration systems (Requests), email, and other dedicated electronic communication channels.
•          Support automation projects, self-service development for corporate clients, corporate website updates (business clients section), and business process documentation.
•          Manage all personnel-related processes (hiring, onboarding, access provisioning, etc.).
•          Provide administrative support for the team.
•          Participate in departmental projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•          Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications, sales, and corporate client service.
•          At least 1 year of team management experience.
•          Knowledge of sales and service processes, procedural and reference information.
•          Understanding of Service KPI basics.
•          Skills in interdepartmental and external partner communications.
•          Strong public speaking and negotiation skills.
•          Excellent business writing and telephone communication skills.
•          High psychological resilience.
•          Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
•          High empathy and emotional intelligence.
•          Fluent and professional communication.
•          Ability to work with databases and statistical reports.
