• Analyze and improve business processes related to sales support and service for corporate clients.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of new projects aimed at enhancing the quality of corporate sales and service.
• Develop procedures and instructions for the sale and servicing of corporate subscribers.
• Ensure high-quality sales and service for corporate clients:
1. In retail stores by monitoring KPIs.
2. Through messengers (WhatsApp, Chat, Telegram, etc.), client request registration systems (Requests), email, and other dedicated electronic communication channels.
• Support automation projects, self-service development for corporate clients, corporate website updates (business clients section), and business process documentation.
• Manage all personnel-related processes (hiring, onboarding, access provisioning, etc.).
• Provide administrative support for the team.
• Participate in departmental projects.
