Manager for Corporate Subscriber Support
Required work experience: 1–3 years
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Analysis and adjustment of business processes for corporate subscriber support with the aim of optimization and improvement.
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of new projects aimed at improving the quality of service for corporate clients.
  • Development of procedures and instructions for servicing corporate subscribers of the company.
  • Ensuring highquality service for corporate subscribers of the company via phone, messengers, in the Requests client query registration system, and via email.
  • Control over timely and highquality provision of responses to official letters from corporate clients upon their request.
  • Participation in projects aimed at automating group workflows, developing selfservice for corporate clients.
  • Updating the company's website in the business clients section.
  • Ensuring highquality service for corporate subscribers of the company in dedicated channels.
  • Monitoring the department's KPI performance and taking measures in case of deviations from acceptable values.
  • Ensuring all processes related to personnel work (recruitment, documentation, access provision, etc.).
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Higher education.
  • Work experience of at least 2 years in the telecommunications industry in the field of corporate client service.
  • Experience in team management for at least 1 year.
  • Knowledge of the basics of service processes, procedural reference information.
  • Knowledge of Service KPI basics.
  • Public speaking and oratory skills.
  • Skills in business correspondence, phone negotiations.
  • Experience with databases and statistical reports.
