Corporate Events Manager

Responsibilities include:
  • Planning, implementing, and evaluating online and offline corporate events: from creating event concepts to presenting outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Managing team, informational, sports, and educational event projects within the company.
  • Interacting with contractors (search, selection, interaction, control, evaluation of their work).
  • Handling documentation.
  • Planning and controlling the corporate event budget.
  • Providing communication support for corporate events.
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in event management (either in event agencies or in a corporate environment).
  • Knowledge and understanding of all stages of event planning and implementation, including organizational and creative aspects.
  • Project management experience, including the use of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum), will be a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with corporate events from the inside: understanding their impact on the development of corporate culture.
  • English proficiency at least at B2 (Upper Intermediate), preferably C1 (Advanced) level.
  • Passion for events and a desire to make them special.
  • Structural thinking, high-stress resistance, and ability to work in a team.
