Lead Project Development Manager for Government Agencies

Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify demand for the company’s products and services among government clients.
  • Plan and control participation in public procurements, monitor the market and analyze the competitive environment.
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with existing and new government segment clients.
  • Study and analyze government client needs in the field of mobile communications.
  • Coordinate additional sales to existing B2G clients and participate in operational projects for corporate sales services.
  • Participate in the implementation of new services for government clients and coordinate pilot launches of new services.
  • Ensure contract compliance with government clients and manage accounts receivable.
  • Participate in the development of strategies for promoting products, services, and individual projects for government clients.
  • Maintain constant interaction with the distributed team of sales managers for government sector clients across the Republic.
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience working with government clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of the specifics of working with government clients.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of trends and development prospects in the telecommunications industry in the B2 segment.
  • Knowledge of the market situation in the telecommunications industry in the B2 segment (players, market shares, trends, history).
  • General understanding of the principles of mobile communication operations.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, pricing, and basic marketing principles.
  • Understanding of the process of developing commercial terms and agreements.
  • Knowledge of goalsetting principles.
  • Basic understanding of civil law and applicable telecommunications legislation (Telecommunications Act, Mobile Communication Service Rules).
  • Project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
