Call Center Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and achieving individual performance indicators for the operators in your group.
  • Calculating performance completion forms based on monthly results.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports.
  • Analyzing call center efficiency.
  • Ensuring discipline compliance among call center employees.
  • Recruiting personnel and handling administrative activities within the call center.

  • Knowledge of billing systems and telecommunications technologies.
  • Understanding of the principles of internet systems operation.
  • Skills in business correspondence and telephone negotiations.
  • Ability to organize work processes and analyze reports.
  • Personnel management skills, including knowledge of training and motivation methods for staff.
