Senior Specialist in Tender Procurement Development
Required work experience: 1–3 years
Full-time, full day
Responsibilities include:
  • Search and attraction of corporate clients in the B2G segment
  • Meetings with top management in government institutions
  • Market analysis in the B2G segment in the territory of Kazakhstan
  • Contract conclusion, preparation of tender applications, preparation of technical specifications
  • Participation in tender procedures, monitoring of electronic trading platforms (ETPs) and specialized websites, identification of suitable purchases in the company's field of activity, analysis of the technical part of applications, preparation of price proposals for customers
  • Execution of orders and instructions from immediate and company management;
  • Provision of periodic and ad hoc reports as requested
  • Verbal and written reporting to management on work done and results achieved;
  • Prompt response to any incident information and notification of management and relevant company departments affecting the quality of services provided by the company, as well as the risks of losing corporate clients or reducing revenue
  • Processing of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Participation in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing group processes, departments, and services.
Required qualifications include:
  • Higher education and/or additional education in procurement/tenders
  • Knowledge of procurement legislation
  • Specialized in tendering techniques
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel (Word, Outlook), 1C, B2B
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of procurement in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Personal characteristics: Proactive, highly organized, and responsible specialist with high performance and diligence, discipline, determination, observance, and patience;
  • Inclined to learning, and constantly improving professional skills in the procurement of various profiles.
