Leading Sales Specialist (Almaty city)

Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring the sales market, identifying demand for services, identifying organizations focused on purchasing services
  • Developing an attraction strategy
  • Maintaining a customer database, timely updating all changes and additions; Directing efforts to find and interest new customers
  • Studying and analyzing the needs of corporate clients in mobile communication
  • Conducting meetings, negotiations, and presentations for potential company service clients
  • Developing a commercial proposal, identifying and satisfying demand for specific products
  • Studying the customer base, finding an individual approach to each customer;
  • Consulting on all issues arising during sales, explaining the conditions of tariff plans and services
  • Observing negotiation rules and business ethics, maintaining a presentable appearance.

  • Education: Higher
  • Experience and skills: Experience in direct sales for at least 1 year
  • Personal characteristics: Psychological stability; High level of empathy; Clear and correct speech; Communicability; organization; initiative.
