Main Responsibilities:
•Developing and using analytical automated tools, reporting systems, and ETL procedures to support group objectives
•Managing and ensuring the accuracy of the monthly financial closing process for the billing cycle, in line with company regulations
•Collecting, validating, reconciling data, generating reports, and ensuring their automated delivery
•Documenting all processes related to financial period closing and the billing cycle in the billing system
•Supporting external and internal audits concerning the billing period closing process and related system procedures
•Engaging with vendors, particularly the billing system provider, on data accuracy, validation, and completeness
•Reporting to your manager on completed tasks and overseeing the work of other billing accounting team members

•Higher technical education
•Experience in developing complex reports
•Understanding of IT, CRM systems, billing systems, or other accounting/tarification systems
•Audit experience of IT systems
•Knowledge of IT, GSM server, network, and communication equipment
•Familiarity with CRM interfaces and system architecture
•Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, DWH concepts, ETL, and OWB
•Experience in developing complex reports
•Understanding of IT, CRM systems, billing systems, or other accounting/tarification systems
•Audit experience of IT systems
•Knowledge of IT, GSM server, network, and communication equipment
•Familiarity with CRM interfaces and system architecture
•Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, DWH concepts, ETL, and OWB
