B2B Product & Analytics Manager
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Full-time, full day

Main Responsibilities:
•Owning the development and presentation of reports at CEO-1 and CEO-2 levels
•Preparing analytical materials based on monthly results to manage performance and achieve targets
•Maintaining regular weekly and monthly reporting in line with HQ standards
•Analyzing plan execution, identifying variances, and preparing visualizations and analytical reports for leadership
•Forecasting financial indicators such as revenue, customer base, and traffic at a regional level (1–2 year horizon)
•Developing and adapting new reporting formats for business segments, as well as automating existing reports
•Creating and optimizing dashboards and other data analysis tools to enhance reporting processes and automation
Our ideal candidate should have:
•2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
•Strong knowledge of Power BI (creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations)
•Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, data extraction, working with databases)
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
•Experience building business cases
•Familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase, and Yandex AppMetrica reporting
•Confident Python skills (syntax and data analysis basics)
