Assistant to the Commercial Director
Required work experience: 1-3 years
Full-time, full day
Almaty
Responsibilities include:
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the manager to support the Commercial Director and department operations.
  • Record and distribute information related to the Commercial Director and department.
  • Organize meetings for the Department.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the Commercial Director's calendar.
  • Arrange and coordinate business trips for the Directorate staff and the Commercial Director.
  • Prepare documents for the Commercial Director’s signature.
  • Provide a report on the work performed
Our ideal candidate should have:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of business communication rules and etiquette, including telephone negotiations.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written communication.
  • Knowledge of office administration.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate) with the ability to conduct business correspondence.
  • Experience in organizing business trips.
  • Familiarity with 1C Enterprise and 1C Document Management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
