Manager of Analytics and Planning

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing the company's budget and strategic plan;
  • Participating in the creation of descriptive analytics on the development of the company's commercial activities and in creating accompanying presentations;
  • Developing budget scenarios and forecasts for the company's GM1;
  • Analyzing GM1, interacting with the Finance Department, Data Office regarding the correctness of revenue reflection in accounting, managerial, and commercial reports;
  • Developing new analytical reports;
  • Developing, coordinating, and calculating periodic KPIs;
  • Participating in the analysis/evaluation, approval, and subsequent control of initiatives/projects of commercial departments;
  • Analyzing competitors' key indicators and the market;
  • Generating analytical reports, statements, and presentations upon request;
  • Conducting analysis of the client base structure, including regional and segment breakdowns, as well as traffic, revenue, and derivative indicators;
  • Handling analytical ad-hoc requests;
  • Visualizing reports in Tableau, Power.
Required qualifications include:
  • Experience of 4-5 years in a relevant field, at least 3 years in the telecommunications sector;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Skills in building managerial and analytical reports;
  • Ability to systematize information and identify cause-and-effect relationships;
  • Ability to process and analyze large volumes of data, and prepare analytical conclusions and optimization proposals based on the results;
  • Skills in using statistical processing tools (including excellent knowledge of Excel); - Microsoft Office suite;
  • Ability to work with Power BI/Tableau applications is a plus.
