Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate events at the tribe/division level, such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to help teams achieve their goals and continuously improve their processes.
- Conduct internal training and organize external training sessions on Agile methodologies and principles, such as Scrum, Kanban, product-centric approaches, design thinking, etc., to ensure staff has the knowledge and skills needed for success.
- Identify and remove obstacles hindering the progress of the tribe/division/teams, to help them achieve their goals.
- Assess and enhance the Agile maturity of tribe/division teams to ensure they follow best practices, continually improve, and fully benefit from the Agile approach.
- Collaborate with other coaches and stakeholders to support the implementation of Agile across the organization.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in consulting/Agile coaching/strategic management/transformation management.
- Knowledge of Agile methods and frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, OKR, etc., and familiarity with scaling frameworks such as LESS, SAFE, and tribes.
- Practical experience launching and supporting Scrum and Kanban teams and scaling initiatives.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, change management, and organizational management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Holding an Agile certification is a plus.
